As you already know, I need very little excuse to blow my own trumpet.
But sometimes is nicer for someone else to do it for me. Th following is a comment in The Bodyweight Method facebook group
“Today i obliterated my parkrun PB for the second time since starting the plan
Just over 4 years ago i dreamt that one day i would become a sub 20 minute 5k runner.

Even on one of my weight loss/body transformations programmes, members make significant fitness improvements.
The thing is, I went to school with this guy. And he won’t be upset if I say that he wasn’t in the least bit sporty.
Yet since entering adulthood he’s taken responsibility for his body and his health, and now he’s a sub 20 minute 5k runner (if you don’t think that’s good, go out and try and do it now, if you do sub 23 minutes I’ll let you do the 10×10 Challenge starting tomorrow for free.
