How boring are vegetables?

One of the members of The Bodyweight Method Winter Journey brought this up during a live chat this week.

I run these chats so that the members can interact with each other in real time, and I find that they ask lots of questions that would otherwise remain inside their heads.

His point was that he doesn’t really eat vegetables as he finds them boring. Which is fair comment. On their own they are boring, but there are an almost infinite number of ways to jazz them up.

So I did a bit of internerd research and came up with a bunch of links for recipes and ideas…one of the other members also posted a few recipe ideas that she uses (it’s one of the best things about the Facebook group, members are always willing to help each other out and offer support).

To be perfectly honest, I’m not much of a cook myself, So having people within the programme who are is a real benefit.

Three more people have signed up for the Spring journey in the last few days. Taking advantage of the discount available until the end of the month. They also get added to the private Facebook group where I will be posting recipe ideas and workouts over the next 6 weeks until the journey starts.

If you want to take advantage of the discount you have 8 days left. Once we’re into March the price increases to £45. To get 12 weeks of training, nutrition and support for just £30 (£2.50 per week) click here ( .
