Staying in stunning cottages set in the rolling North Devon countryside, yet just 10 minutes from Woolacombe beach, you can ommerse youself in a weekend of fitness and healthy eating.
With a wide variety of exercise sessions and locations, plus eating healthy food at fantastic venues and fiyness & nutrition seminars so that you learn what you should be doing at home, you will be guaranteed an unforgettable experience.
The first weekend runs from Friday 25th September to Sunday 27th September. Arriving after lunch on Friday you will go straight into the training programme. Finishing the day with dinner at a local restaurant. Saturday will be a full day of exercise and seminars (only 2 and they will be kept short, you want to be training not talking). Breakfast will be taken in yout accommodation with lunch and dinner at 2 more fantastic local eateries. Sunday morning, after breakfast, will be our finale, with further workouts followed by a final lunch together. You will then have the choice of returning home, invigorated from your experience, or to stay on for another night, at no extra expense, with the rest of Sunday to do with as you choose.
