So tomorrow heralds the end of many people’s “New year, new me” resolutions. The ‘Dry January’ conclusion will have the vast majority of participants reaching for their favourite wine/beer glass to toast their efforts….And then EVERY other healthy change they have made will fall like dominos…chocolate, exercise…every one.

Why? Because once we allow a crack in our armour to open up, it just gets wider and wider.

Now I’m not saying you shouldn’t have a drink, or chocolate…or both. BUT, you shouldn’t have it scheduled in you diary like a holiday.

So do another week off the booze, prove to yourself (you’re the ONLY one who counts) that you’re stronger than 99.9% of the population.

Everyone who’s signed up for the 10×10 Challenge will be extending their dry January for another 10 days, and losing an average of 8lbs in the process?
