I’ve been away for a few days visiting family up north (that’s anywhere further on than Bristol for anyone who lives in the south west).
But before we went away I took my son to see the new Star Wars film.
It’s brilliant, a lot of similarities to the first film back in !977, but that’s no bad thing.
I’m not going to spoil it for you if you haven’t seen it, but 2 hours at a cinema never went so quickly.
Over the weekend I asked my son about his favourite character from the film, and he said the new bad guy straight away…just like his old man. Darth Vader was my favourite the moment he walked on screen when I was 5 years old.
The thing is, there’s nothing wrong with going against the flow in life.
While everyone else is winding down for Christmas, people who want to make a start have found me. I’ve taken on 3 new personal training clients and had newcomers at classes this month. (Many trainers are winding down as well…that’s not my style).
You really should keep the ball rolling throughout December, otherwise you’re starting from much further back than you need to in the new year.
I’m going to email a short workout for you to do on Christmas Eve…there’s a good reason for it and all will be explained in due course.
Due to the number of entrants I’ve already had in the competition to win a free The Bodyweight Method 12 Week Journey, I am closing entries on December 27th, after which I’ll announce the winner AND some extra special offers for everyone who entered.
All entrants will get the course for a £15 discount (£45 instead of £60), but I’ll also be offering incentives for those who are willing to commit to change without dithering.
Basically the first 5 to book will get the 12 weeks for £30, the next 5 will get it for £35, the next 5 for £40 and every other entrant will pay £45.
