So this is it, the last 14 hours of 2015.

Did you achieve the goals you set yourself this time last year? No, me neither…there’s still time for me, but punching David Cameron in the face is a bit difficult when he’s nowhere to be found. (If you’re a tory and offended, unsubscibe link’s at the bottom of this email).

So what are you going to do that will make it different next year?

There’s no point just setting another bunch of goals, far better to sit down and work out HOW you will achieve just one goal, then when you’ve succeeded, replicate the system you implemented.

Much the same as I do with my fitness and weight loss programmes. Whilst they are all different I don’t sit down and reinvent the wheel every time…my system works, so I just use different ways of implementing it to suit the needs of different people (I couldn’t help DC, that waste of space is beyond redemption 🙂 ).
