You know those days when you look in the mirror and don’t like what you see (trust me, even I have days like those). What do you do on days like those?

If you make up reasons (excuses) why it’s too difficult to change, you really need to sit down and write those reasons down. Then stick them on the mirror and go back to them when you are feeling good about yourself. You’ll then see how empty those excuses are.

It’s EASY to feel sorry for yourself when you’re feeling low, but those feelings NEVER improve things, they only hold you back.

Only yesterday I had someone contact me saying I make weight loss sound so easy. It isn’t, but it’s my job to tell you that it’s not as hard as people think, because it isn’t that hard either.
It’s a challenge you have to set yourself.

If you’re happy where you are, good for you. If you’re not, do something about it. Don’t for one minute think that eating chocolate will make you feel better, at least not long term.

The only thing that will make you feel better long term is to lose the weight, tone up those wobbly areas, like what you see in the mirror each morning.

You might think “that’s easy for you to say, you’re fit”. Yes I am, but it doesn’t look after itself, I have to work on this EVERY day. Everyone wants to take the easy route (I have regularly been known to get myself and friends lost after a night out, whilst taking a “short cut” home), but with weight loss there aren’t any.
