One thing that I have encountered throughout my professional career in fitness, and something all other trainers experience, is impatience.

Not myself! Whilst I am well know for my lack of patience when something happens far slower than it should, the impatience I’m talking about here is people who expect results to happen faster than they should.

With Christmas approaching, and the impending additional poundage you’re going to put on, you’ll be looking to shift that weight, and maybe more in a few weeks time.

You’ll be constantly bombarded with adverts for products that promise amazing results.

Trust me, most of the are lying to you…not bending the truth, LYING.

Sure you can lose a lot of weight in a short space of time (my 10 day challenge has seen an average weight loss of 8lbs in the last year and a half, with almost 400 people following it. But you won’t lose that every 10 days). I could lie and say you will, but the reason some have come back to follow the challenge as many as 4 times since it’s launch is because it works every time, and I manage their expectations.

I used to run a landscape gardening business, and the number of people who thought a complete garden makeover could be achieved in 2 days, all because of the BBC’S ‘Groundforce’ programme, was unbelievable. Intelligent people who actually believed that 4 people could do 200 hours of work (for one person) in one weekend was amazing. (I’ll let you in on a secret, when the cameras were turned off they used a couple of dozen contractors to do most of the heavy work).

That’s the problem ^^^^, people see/hear stories and believe them without questioning them.

Phase 1 (weeks 1-4) £40
Phase 2 (weeks 5-8) £30
Phase 3 (weeks 9-12) £20

So by taking the offer you get the WHOLE 12 weeks for just £5 more than the price for Phase 1.

Don’t think you can commit to 3 months? This programme has a decent degree of flexibility built into it, and you can choose to join on the month to month option, but there are no discounts available for that.
