That last email wasn’t meant to go out…as I’m sure you already noticed.

My technofear is well documented so we won’t dwell on it.

What we will dwell on are the week 1 results for The Bodyweight Method triallists.

For the first week they were allowed to choose which nutrition plan they wanted to follow, from now on I’ll be telling them which one they follow.

The results so far have been as I expected with plenty of inch loss and weight loss ranging from 2-6lbs depending on which plan they have been following.

You might be thinking “10×10 challenges get better results than that”, and you’d be right. But that is a kick start programme designed to get you moving in the right direction. The Bodyweight Method is a lifestyle change programme.

Over the 4 weeks I have an average weight loss I expect the triallists to achieve, and they are on target.

The programme will launch properly on Monday 4th January 2016. Numbers will be restricted and there will be discounts available in early December. If you think it might be for you, keep your eyes on the emails and my social media posts.
